Breakfast:
Early Riser - Two Hot Cakes, two eggs, two slices of bacon or sausage.
Biscuits & Sausage Gravy - Baking powder biscuits and our homemade sausage gravy.
Logger Breakfast - Two eggs, biscuits & gravy, and choice of bacon or sausage.
Sampler Breakfast - One hotcake, two eggs, a biscuit & gravy, two sausage links, and two strips of bacon.
French Toast Breakfast - Two pieces of french toast, two eggs and choice of bacon or sausage.
Pancakes - A short-stack of two.
Dinner:
Steak Dinner - A 10oz New York strip, served with vegetables, green salad, garlic Texas Toast.
Steak Sandwich - Sliced steak served on a thick Texas Toast with aged white sharp cheese.
Chicken Salad - Grilled chicken served on a fresh bed of romaine, red and green leaf lettuce, topped with tomatoes and our own sourdough croutons, Parmesan cheese, and topped with your choice of dressing.
Our Famous Logger Stew - Hearty beef stew served in a sourdough bread bowl, with a green salad.
Chili, Backwoods Style - Pacific Northwest style chili, served in a sourdough bread bowl, with a green salad.
